2. **Overnight Sleep Training** — for babies 4 months and older who are not sleeping through the night. Margo stays in your home from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, guiding parents through every bedtime and night wake-up in real time. Personal. Built for your baby. Most families see results in 3–5 nights.

**What is a postpartum night doula?**
A postpartum night doula provides overnight in-home care for newborns and recovering parents during the first 4–12 weeks home from the hospital. They handle feeding (breast or bottle), diaper changes, soothing, and sleep cue tracking through the night so parents can rest and recover.

**What is in-home sleep training?**
A sleep consultant who is physically in your home overnight, guiding parents through every bedtime and night wake-up in real time. This is different from online courses or phone consultations where parents execute the plan themselves at 3 AM, sleep-deprived and guessing.

**How much does sleep training cost in San Francisco?**
Margo's sleep training is $1,450 for the first night and $1,200 for each additional night (single baby). Typical engagements are 3–5 nights. A $250 Sleep Consultation (60 min video call) is also available as a starting point, and a $150 Bedtime Support Call is available to existing clients.

**What approach does Margo use?**
I don't bring a method — I build one for your baby. Personal. Hands-on. I'm physically present in the home the entire night, reading cues and adjusting in real time. Nothing happens without your sign-off.

**Does Margo work with twins or multi-child households?**
Yes. About 1 in 5 of my families is twins, multiples, or has a toddler in regression alongside a younger baby. Pricing is adjusted to scope. Both sleep training and night doula services are available for twins.

**How is in-home sleep training different from online programs?**
I'm in your home for 12 hours overnight, with you through every bedtime and wake-up — guiding your response in real time. Online programs sell you a plan and leave execution to you in the middle of the night while you're sleep-deprived. The price difference reflects the fundamentally different product.

**What is Margo's response time?**
Within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Same-day for urgent newborn requests.
